Lived and Living Experience Workforces (LLEWs) are essential in the mental health reform occurring in Victoria. However, often Lived and Living Experience disciplines and scope are misunderstood, and well-established power dynamics and workplace processes can impede LLEW ways of working.
This training will increase understanding of Lived and Living Experience Workforces (LLEWs) from the mental health sector, and explore how learners can support LLEWs at their service.
